Billy brings more than 20 years of experience to the LBA partner group, providing clients with tax compliance and consulting and general financial management advice. After spending the first 15 years of his career with one of the Big 4 firms and serving as the Manager in Charge of that firm’s Jacksonville tax practice, Billy has gained extensive experience serving both private and public entities.

 

Billy joined LBA in 2003 when he merged his own practice into LBA. Today, he continues to serve large, multi-state organizations, as well as small- to middle-market entrepreneurial and start-up organizations.

 

Billy received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Florida State University. He is the current President of the board of directors for the Boy Scouts of America, North Florida Council, and supports several Northeast Florida community organizations. He has a passion for hunting and fishing but especially enjoys spending family time with his wife Jill and their five children.
